1. Delivery of Services
- SaaS Services: Upon successful payment, access to our SaaS services, including MQTT and IoT infrastructure solutions, will be activated immediately. Customers can access and use the services through their account dashboard on our platform.
- Dedicated Services: For prepaid dedicated services, the provisioning process begins once the payment is confirmed. Depending on the service package, setup may take up to 3 business days. The customer will be notified via email once the dedicated services are fully operational.
2. Refund and Cancellation Policy
- SaaS (Pay-as-You-Go) Services: As these services are billed based on consumption, refunds are generally not applicable. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Any unused balance from prepaid credits will not be refunded but can be applied to future use.
- Dedicated Prepaid Services: For dedicated services, customers have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase if the service has not yet been activated. A full refund will be issued for cancellations made within this period. Once the service is activated and operational, no refunds will be issued.
3. Withdrawal Rights
In accordance with consumer protection laws, customers may exercise their right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days of the initial purchase, provided that the service has not been activated or consumed.
